1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Strategic Sovereignist website and services. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Strategic Sovereignist is operated as a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada.

2. Services Offered

Strategic Sovereignist provides consulting services across three pillars:

• Wealth: Financial autonomy strategies, cryptocurrency onboarding, and asset diversification guidance
• Tech: Privacy technology deployment, device hardening, and digital security consulting
• Land: Homestead planning, food production systems, and land-based resilience strategies

Services include the Sovereignty Audit, strategy sessions, hardware provisioning, retainer engagements, and access to the Members Library.

3. Not Financial or Legal Advice

While the strategist holds a CPA designation, the services provided through Strategic Sovereignist are consulting and educational in nature. Nothing on this website or in our engagements constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions related to your specific financial, legal, or tax situation.

4. The Sovereignty Audit

The online Sovereignty Audit is a preliminary assessment tool. Scores are generated algorithmically based on your self-reported answers and are intended as a starting point for discussion, not a definitive evaluation. A full forensic-level analysis is available through paid engagement only.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Launch pricing is introductory and subject to change without notice
• Payment is accepted via Interac E-Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), and Monero (XMR)
• Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Hardware purchases are non-refundable once the device has been configured

6. Retainer Engagements

• Retainer engagements require a 3-month minimum commitment
• Monthly fees are due on the first of each month
• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum period
• Members Library access is active only during the retainer period

7. Members Library

The Members Library is a password-protected resource reserved for active retainer clients. Access credentials are provided upon retainer activation and are for the client’s personal use only. Sharing access credentials or redistributing library content is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, guides, frameworks, code, and design — is the intellectual property of Strategic Sovereignist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission. Guides and resources provided through the Members Library are licensed for personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Strategic Sovereignist provides services and information on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on information provided through our services
• Any decisions you make based on audit results or consulting recommendations
• Hardware or software issues beyond our direct control
• Third-party service failures (banks, exchanges, network providers)

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
