Strategic Sovereignist is a consulting practice based in Alberta, Canada, operated as a sole proprietorship. We provide sovereignty strategy services including financial autonomy consulting, privacy technology deployment, and homestead planning.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

  • Sovereignty Audit: Email address and your responses to 20 assessment questions. No financial account numbers, passwords, or government identifiers are requested.
  • Engagement Inquiry: Name, email address, service interests, and any message you include.
  • Contact Form: Name, email address, subject, and message content.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
  • We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform
  • We do not embed social media tracking pixels
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
  • We do not store payment card information on our servers

4. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used exclusively to:

  • Generate your Sovereignty Score and audit report
  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Deliver services you have purchased
  • Send you resources related to your retainer engagement (members only)

5. Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed via our server and delivered to our encrypted email inbox. We do not maintain a database of client submissions on the web server. Audit reports and client records are stored locally in encrypted storage, not in cloud services.

6. Third-Party Services

This website does not load resources from any third-party services. All fonts, stylesheets, and scripts are self-hosted on our own server. No external requests are made when you visit our pages, meaning no third party can log your IP address or browsing activity through our site.

7. Payment Processing

We accept payment via Interac E-Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), and Monero (XMR). E-Transfer payments are processed through your banking institution. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on their respective blockchains. We do not use Stripe, PayPal, or any third-party payment processor that collects your data.

8. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for future communications

9. Data Retention

We retain client records for the duration of the engagement plus one calendar year. Audit submissions from non-clients are retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. We will not retroactively reduce your privacy protections without your consent.
